First stage of Kusocińskiego complete

POLAND An occupancy permit has been granted for the first stage of a residential project on ul. Kusocińskiego in Szczecin.
Eventually the project, which is the first in the city to be developed by Gorzów-based Budnex, is to comprise four six-storey buildings with 175 apartments with areas ranging from 34 to 75 sqm. “We’re also developing three other buildings on ul. Kusocińskiego and we’re going to complete 122 more apartments in this location by the end of the year. The majority of them have already been sold,” says Krzysztof Nuckowski, the CEO of Budnex.
