POLAND A subsidiary of stock-exchange-listed Murapol has concluded a preliminary contract for the purchase of a property on ul. Wróblewskiego in Łódź.
Loans for two Victoria Dom projects
POLAND Victoria Dom has secured two loan deals worth PLN 28 mln. The two loan agreements have been concluded with Bank Spółdzielczy in Ostrowia Mazowiecka, enabling Victoria Dom to finance the construction of the Viva Garden 3 and Viva Garden 4 residential projects in Warsaw’s Białołęka district.
