POLAND Carrefour Polska is opening its 86th hypermarket in Poland in Poznań. The company claims that the 75,000 sqm store in the Posnania shopping centre is one of the most modern in Poland.

Skanska sells shares in A1 motorway
POLAND Skanska has reported that it is selling its 30 pct stake in the SPV company that owns the concession to charge tolls on the northern section of the A1 motorway for SEK 1.4 bln (app. PLN 630 mln).
MLP sees a profit

Jysk signs 65,000 sqm lease
POLAND Danish furniture retailer Jysk has taken up an additional 25,000 sqm of warehouse space in Logistic City – Piotrków Distribution Center in Piotrków Trybunalski having also renewed its existing lease for 40,000 sqm of warehouse space and 200 sqm of office space.
