SLOVAKIA HB Reavis Central Europe Real Estate Fund (CEREIF) has sold the Aupark Piešťany shopping centre to South African investment company New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) for EUR 39.5 mln.

Wrocław still has retail potential
POLAND Wrocław now has 654,500 sqm gla in 18 shopping centres with a density of 821 sqm per 1,000 inhabitants – according to a report just published by Colliers International. On average there are now 43,890 local residents per shopping centre. The average annual purchasing power of the city’s inhabitants comes to PLN 41,890 per sqm of shopping centre
