POLAND Commercial vehicles manufacturer Man Group has leased 2,680 sqm of office space in Business Garden Poznań for its MAN Accounting Center.
WORLD International real estate company Gazit-Globe has raised app. USD 155 mln from a flotation of 17 mln shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The offer closed at the end of December at NIS 35.5 per share (app. USD 9.1).

POLAND LC Properties, a company owned by London & Cambridge Properties, has leased 2,855 sqm to TK Maxx on the ground floor of the left wing of the Janki shopping centre near Warsaw.

POLAND The official opening of the Galeria Myślenicka shopping centre in Myślenice was held at the end of November. A total of 35 stores are currently operating in the shopping centre.

POLAND The signing of leases with the Orska jewellery brand and perfumery Quality for space in ArtN in Warsaw provided an opportunity for Capital Park, the investor behind the project, to unveil the retail concept of the project.
