Panattoni to develop huge Amazon warehouse near Szczecin
POLAND Industrial space developer Panattoni Europe will develop a 161,500 sqm warehouse project in Kołbaskowo near Szczecin in north-western Poland for e-commerce company Amazon.
Accelerate to acquire retail warehouse portfolio
SLOVAKIA/AUSTRIA Accelerate has signed a preliminary agreement for the purchase of a total of nine OBI-occupied retail warehouses in Austria and Slovakia from Supernova-Privatstiftung for EUR 82.1 mln.
