Estonia the clear leader for Baltic retail

THE BALTIC STATES Estonia is the retail property leader and will continue to grow, according to a report by Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors, while Lithuania is experiencing moderate growth but many Latvian projects still remain on paper. The stable growth in consumption in the Baltic states continues to boost the development of retail, both in the capital cities and in other regions of the three countries.
