Sixth success for Developers for Children

POLAND Matexi Polska has published its summary for the last year, when it sold almost 500 apartments and buyers received keys to 323 new homes. The developer has also disclosed that it has purchased of a plot in Warsaw’s Praga district, where it is planning to build a large estate.

POLAND JLL and Colliers International have published their 2016 results for the industrial sector. Both companies brokered more than 100 transactions in total with over 1 mln sqm leased.

ROMANIA German fashion retailer Peek&Cloppenburg has leased 5,200 sqm in the extension of the AFI Cotroceni shopping centre, which is currnetly under construction in Bucharest. The store, which is located on two floors, is to be opened in the autumn.
