POLAND The new head office of Wyborowa Pernod Ricard, which has been designed by Massive Design, covers 2,400 sqm of the Lumen building in the Złote Tarasy mixed-use complex in Warsaw.

First 3D-printed office building opened, furnished by Bene
WORLD The world’s first 3D printed office building has opened in Dubai, with Austrian company Bene being responsible for the interior design and furnishing of the building. The building was prindted within 17 days. It is just the first building of the complex.

Marriott to open Moxy in Praga district
POLAND Global Hospitality Licencing, a subsidiary of Marriott International, has signed a franchise agreement with the owners of the Centrum Praskie Konser mixed-use project in Warsaw’s Praga district for the opening of a Moxy hotel. The hotel with 141 rooms and occupying 5,447 sqm of space will be the first Moxy to open in Warsaw. It is scheduled to open next year.

The Czech Republic-based power and heat provider CEZ Group has extended its lease agreement at the Lipiński Passage office building in downtown Warsaw and has leased an additional 236 sqm at the facility, which means the company now occupies a total of 639 sqm of office space in the location.
