RUSSIA In the first half of the year office take-up in the Moscow City district reached 207,000 sqm, which was three times higher than the figure for the whole of 2015 (77,000 sqm), according to JLL.
RUSSIA The volume of vacant space on the Moscow warehouse market has reached a record 1.5 mln sqm out of a total stock of 12.4 mln sqm, according to JLL. This means that the vacancy rate in existing warehouse premises has increased to 12.5 pct compared to 10.5 pct at the end of 2015.
POLAND According to the Polish Central Statistical Office (GUS) nearly 73,700 apartments and houses were completed in H1 this year.
