POLAND Central Fund of Immovables, a subsidiary of CFI Holding, has finished the first stage of redevelopment and conversion work on a conference centre in Falenty near Warsaw. Plans are also in place to extend the facility.

CZECH REPUBLIC Austrian real estate company CA Immo has signed an agreement to sell the Šestka shopping centre in Prague to a fund that belongs to Prague-based investment bank Wood & Company as it continues to withdraw from what it views as a non-core sector.
EUROPE Spanish developer Neinver is the first shopping centre manager in Europe to have had its whole portfolio certified under the energy efficiency standard ISO 50001, claims the company in its recent Sustainability Report.

POLAND The Mera Spa Hotel in Sopot is to be converted into a Marriott Hotel next year after Marriott International’s signing of an agreement with Vastint Poland and Legend Hotels Poland, respectively the owner and the operator of the property.

POLAND A total of 18 catering facilities are to open in Hala Koszyki as well as, 11 grocery stores, including the Bazar Koszyki market open seven days a week, a bookshop, a store with kitchen equipment and home decorations, and the Comfort Food Studio culinary academy.
