HB Reavis issues first Czech bonds
CZECH REPUBLIC Slovak developer HB Reavis has completed its first issue of EUR 46.2 mln unsecured bonds on the Czech capital market. This brings the total funds raised by HB Reavis on Central European capital markets since November 2013 to almost EUR 150 mln.

POLAND Skanska is to carry out two projects in Warsaw: a nursery school on ul. Zdrowa, which has been commissioned by Wilanów district, as well as an education and sports complex on ul. Dzieci Warszawy, commissioned by Ursus district.
