HUNGARY Media Markt has signed a long-term lease agreement for almost 2,900 sqm of office space in the BC140 building in Budapest.

POLAND Logistics operator Jas-Fbg logistic has signed a 2,700 sqm lease, which includes a 2,500 sqm cross docking area, with 7R Logistic. The tenant is to move into the second building that is being developed in the Kraków Kokotów-Brzegi logistics centre in February 2017.
POLAND Children’s goods store Smyk is the latest tenant to lease space in Dekada Ciechanów, Dekada’s eleventh shopping centre, which is currently under construction.
