Deloitte’s growing appetite for Q22
POLAND Deloitte is increasing the area of its offices in the Q22 office building in Warsaw by almost 3,000 sqm. This means that it will occupy a total approaching 14,000 sqm.

POLAND Sun & Snow, in cooperation with Prefabrykat, has started the construction of a luxury apartment project in Karpacz. The project involves the construction of 42 units with areas ranging from 42 sqm to 55 sqm in connected three-storey segments.

Brema emerges from the ground
POLAND The construction of a new office building in Katowice is now in progress. Eiffage Polska Budownictwo (EPB), the general contractor of the Brema building, has now completed the foundation work.
I2 Development launches latest project
POLAND I2 Development has acquired a loan and has chosen the contractor for a residential project on ul. Przedmiejska in Wrocław. A loan of PLN 37.6 mln (and an additional PLN 1.3 mln for VAT purposes) has been provided by Alior Bank.

Mostostal takes over Panoramika
POLAND Mostostal Warszawa has won a PLN 15.7 mln net contract from Ronson Development for the construction of the third stage of the Panoramika estate on ul. Krasińskiego in Szczecin.

EUROPE A lack of good quality office supply in Q1 2016 has hampered the demand, according to a report on the European office market by Savills, with most cities unlikely to feel the impact of a projected 22 pct resurgence in development activity.

POLAND The Nowa Motława complex on Gdańsk’s Spichrzów Island has reached its shell stage and the buildings have been topped off. The completion of the project is scheduled for January 2017.

Invesco offloads Zaułek Piękna
POLAND Invesco Real Estate (IRE) has sold the Zaułek Piękna office building in central Warsaw on behalf of one of its German separate account clients to GLL Real Estate Partners for an undisclosed sum.
Echo obtains EUR 132 mln loan for office projects
POLAND Echo Investment has secured a loan agreement with Berlin Hyp and ING Bank Śląski worth almost PLN 600 mln. The acquired funds, i.e. an investment loan of EUR 132 mln, will be used to refinance Echo’s four office projects: Malta Office Park, Park Rozwoju, West Gate and A4 Business Park.

Waimea starts Bydgoszcz project
POLAND The construction of the first stage of Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz has been launched. The construction of two halls on a 6 ha plot started at the beginning of June, in the first stage of the logistics and production complex in Bydgoszcz. The general contractor is Trasko-Inwest.
