Atrium IBC in Warsaw under refurbishment
POLAND The Atrium International Business Center office building in Warsaw is now being refurbished, with the work expected to be completed in the first quarter of next year.

POLAND The completion of West Station I, the only office project delivered in Warsaw in Q3 2016, has brought the total modern office stock in the city to 5,017,000 sqm, according to the latest data from the Polish Office Research Forum (PORF).

No recent completions in Kraków
POLAND No new shopping centres have been developed in Kraków over the last one and a half years, with the market now awaiting the delivery of the Serenada project, which is scheduled for completion in the second half of next year, according to the recent “Shopping centres in agglomerations Q2 2016/Kraków” report by Colliers International.
