New retail supply to halve
POLAND “In first three months of 2016, only 30,000 sqm of retail space was delivered to the Polish market. At the end of Q1 2016, over 600,000 sqm of new retail space was under construction, 60 pct of which is scheduled to come online between April and December 2016. This means that annual supply will decrease by half in comparison to 2015,” says Colliers International, in its Q1 2016 Polish retail market report.

POLAND Porr Polska Construction has been awarded a contract by the Józef Piłsudski Museum in Sulejówek to continue the construction work on the museum and educational complex, taking over from Strabag, which has been removed from the project.
