HB Reavis sells logistics portfolio to Macquarie
CZECH REPUBLIC/SLOVAKIA HB Reavis Group and the HB Reavis CE REIF fund have jointly sold a 132,000 sqm portfolio of logistics centres in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, part of the Macquarie Group, for EUR 79 mln.

CZECH REPUBLIC Slovak developer HB Reavis has completed its first issue of EUR 46.2 mln unsecured bonds on the Czech capital market. This brings the total funds raised by HB Reavis on Central European capital markets since November 2013 to almost EUR 150 mln.

RUSSIA American biopharmaceutical company AbbVie has leased an entire floor in the White Gardens office complex in Moscow for the company’s headquarters in Russia, Ukraine and the CIS. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal.
