Occupancy grows in Kyiv hotels
UKRAINE In Q1 the occupancy on Kyiv hotel market rose to 34 pct, from 30 pct in the same period a year ago, and 26 pct in 2014, according to JLL.
IT companies most active tenants in Prague
CZECH REPUBLIC Companies from the IT sector and business service centres were the most active tenants on the Prague office market last year, according to JLL. They were responsible for 31 pct of net take-up, that is 84,000 sqm of the leased space.
