Moscow Bulgari Hotel to open in three years
RUSSIA The Bulgari Hotels and Resorts chain and Alexey Bogachev, the investor behind the project, have signed an agreement for the opening of the 65-room Bulgari Hotel, 300m from Moscow’s Red Square.

POLAND Prologis has extended two leasing agreements for 29,000 square metres at Prologis Park Dąbrowa.
New retail supply to halve
POLAND “In first three months of 2016, only 30,000 sqm of retail space was delivered to the Polish market. At the end of Q1 2016, over 600,000 sqm of new retail space was under construction, 60 pct of which is scheduled to come online between April and December 2016. This means that annual supply will decrease by half in comparison to 2015,” says Colliers International, in its Q1 2016 Polish retail market report.
