POLAND Atal has started construction work on and apartment sales for the second stage of the Atal Residence estate in Kraków.

The current stage of the project, which is being developed on ul. Zabłocie on the site of the former Miraculum factory, entails the construction of 77 apartments and five service outlets. An underground car park as well as some outdoor parking spaces are also planned for a total of 56 vehicles. The design is by Kraków Development Office and the planned completion date is Q2 2018. The first stage of the estate comprises 227 apartments with three service outlets.
