Vitalia to be ready Q3 2017

The buildings, which now have their top, fourth floors, will offer 139 apartments with areas ranging from 37 sqm to 127 sqm and prices that start at PLN 5,250 per sqm. All the apartments will have balconies or gardens while the ground floor apartments will have terraces. The estate will include an outdoor gym, a playground, a fountain and a self-service bicycle service point. At the end of October the bridge over the Ślęza River was officially opened shortening the time needed to travel into the city centre to about 15 minutes. Karmar is the general contractor while the design is by the Abart architectural studio. The hand-over of apartments should begin in Q3 2017.
