Marvipol on Spichrzów Island
POLAND Marvipol purchased another plot in Gdańsk, this time it is on the Spichrzów Island. The company wants to launch the construction of the project in 2018. The purchase of the plot in the centre of Gdańsk is Marvipol’s second project in TriCity.
Sfinks Polska in Piwiarnie Warki
POLAND Sfinks Polska, which manages the Sphinx, Chłopskie Jadło, Wook and Fabryka Pizzy restaurants, has acquired a chain of Piwiarnia Warki pubs. Thanks to the acquisition Sfinks has increased the number of units it manages from 107 to 175.
