Rockcastle seals Galeria Warmińska purchase
POLAND Rockcastle Global Real Estate has finalised the acquisition of the Galeria Warmińska shopping centre in Olsztyn, for EUR 150 mln.
TXM issues more shares

POLAND Echo Investment leased over 50,000 sqm of office space over the first three quarters of the year, representing an increase of 130 pct y-o-y. Apartment sales were also up by 47 pct to 503.

CBRE GI closes shopping centre fund at EUR 753 mln
EUROPE The CBRE European Shopping Centre Fund II managed by CBRE Global Investors has raised EUR 753 mln at the final closing, including EUR 71.1 mln of co-investment capital. The fund was oversubscribed and exceeded its original target.
