CTP expands to Hungary
HUNGARY Warehouse developer CTP has purchased a portfolio of two 40,500 sqm Hungarian properties. They are the company’s first buys in the country.
LSR to develop EUR 1.8 bln project
RUSSIA Razvitie, a joint venture of LSR Group and AFK Sistema, has won the tender for the redevelopment rights of 109.9 ha in the southern part of the former ZiL plant in Moscow.
Gazit-Globe raises USD 155 mln
WORLD International real estate company Gazit-Globe has raised app. USD 155 mln from a flotation of 17 mln shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The offer closed at the end of December at NIS 35.5 per share (app. USD 9.1).

SERBIA Atterbury Europe together with Attacq Limited have acquired a one-third stake in a EUR 259 mln gross asset value portfolio of seven Serbian shopping centres with MPC Properties – including the country’s largest mall, Ušće Shopping Centre in Belgrade.

SLOVAKIA HB Reavis has sold the Forum Business Center I building (‘Forum BC I’) in Bratislava. The office development at the junction of Bajkalská and Prievozská streets - the headquarters of Slovak Telekom since 2013 – has been purchased by ČS Nemovitostní Fond for EUR 46.2 mln.

POLAND Poland’s Financial Supervision Authority has approved the IPO prospectus of Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych (BIK). Its planned public offer will involve the issue of shares as well as the sale of some shares by the company’s current shareholders.
Gramercy buys two EUR 45 mln Polish assets
EUROPE US-based Gramercy Property Europe investment fund has acquired two Polish logistics facilities with 99,360 sqm of space in total. Located in Stryków and Piaseczno, the assets were acquired in a EUR 45.1 mln sale and lease back transaction with Raben Group.

Accor takes over 155 luxury hotels
WORLD AccorHotels is set to buy 155 high-end hotels and resorts operated by the Canada-based Gulf-financed FRHI Holdings for app. USD 2.9 bln. The portfolio, which is comprised of the Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissôtel brands, includes such landmark sites as The Savoy in London, The Plaza Hotel in New York and Shanghai’s Fairmont Peace Hotel. It also embraces six CEE properties.

Record loan for Echo Investment
POLAND Echo Investment has signed a loan agreement with a bank consortium consisting of BZ WBK and Erste Group Bank for a EUR 342 mln loan and an additional PLN 15 mln for two retail projects: Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław and Galaxy in Szczecin.
