WORLD AccorHotels is set to buy 155 high-end hotels and resorts operated by the Canada-based Gulf-financed FRHI Holdings for app. USD 2.9 bln. The portfolio, which is comprised of the Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissôtel brands, includes such landmark sites as The Savoy in London, The Plaza Hotel in New York and Shanghai’s Fairmont Peace Hotel. It also embraces six CEE properties.
