RUSSIA Setl City, a subsidiary of Russian holding Setl Group, has bought 147 ha in St Petersburg’s Moskovsky district from Israeli investment company Morgal Investments. According to Dentons, which advised the seller, the value of the transaction is app. USD 500 mln.

EUROPE A consortium of J.P. Morgan and Lone Star has purchased Commerzbank’s EUR 2.2 bln European portfolio of both performing and non-performing commercial real estate loans. The portfolio comprises assets in 14 European countries, including Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania.

EUROPE German real estate, engineering and construction company Bilfinger has sold its infrastructure division to the Austrian construction company Porr for app. EUR 20 mln net. Bilfinger also plans on starting a structured selling process for its loss-making power division by the end of this year.
