PPG raises PLN 14.5 mln from share issue
POLAND/RUSSIA Platinum Properties Group has raised PLN 14.5 mln from the sale of 58 mln new shares, representing 8.3 pct of the share capital of the company.
Helaba provides CTP with EUR 54 mln in refinancing
CZECH REPUBLIC CTP and Helaba have recently concluded a loan agreement totalling EUR 54 mln for the refinancing of an existing portfolio of seven buildings in the CTPark Network in Brno, Ostrava, Jihlava and Prague.
