RUSSIA O1 Properties has bought the White Square office building in Moscow for an undisclosed sum.
Echo issues bonds
POLAND Echo Investment has issued bonds with a total value of PLN 200 mln. The bond issue was part of the Bond Issue Programme of the 1st of September 2011 agreement which was signed with BRE Bank.

PPG revises financial forecast upwards
POLAND Platinum Properties Group (PPG) has revised its estimated net profit for 2012 to PLN 13 mln – up on the PLN 12 mln that it predicted earlier. The developer now estimates its turnover at PLN 44 mln, compared to its previous forecast of PLN 30 mln.
