The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has agreed to sell its entire 5 pct stake in Globalworth Real Estate Investments to Zakiono Enterprises, which is owned by CPI Property Group and Aroundtown – a consortium that is currently engaged in a takeover bid for the Romanian-based company.
