CA Immo completes exit from Airportcity
RUSSIA Warimpex has completed its purchase of a 35 pct stake in AO Avielen, the SPV which is responsible for the development and management of the Airportcity mixed-use complex in St Petersburg, bringing its total stake in the project up to 90 pct.
TXM files for bankruptcy of Romanian subsidiary
ROMANIA Polish clothing group TXM, which is undergoing restructuring, has filed for the bankruptcy of its 100 pct Romanian subsidiary Adesso TXM Romania, based in Timişoara.

EUR 136 mln loan for Warsaw Unit
POLAND Ghelamco has signed a loan agreement with PKO BP, Santander Bank Polska, Pekao and Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji Warta for financing the construction of the 45-storey Warsaw Unit office development at Rondo Daszyńskiego in central Warsaw.
Etalon buys out Leader-Invest
RUSSIA Etalon Group has signed a binding agreement to purchase the remaining 49 pct of the share capital of residential developer Leader-Invest from Sistema, a publicly-traded diversified holding company, for RUB 14.6 bln.

EUR 2.7 bln transacted in H1
POLAND The total real estate investment volume in the first half of the year came to nearly EUR 2.7 bln, according to the ‘At a Glance H1 2019’ report by BNP Paribas Real Estate. Although lower than the same period of the previous year the figure remains higher than the first half figures from 2015-2017.

POLAND Orbis saw like-for-like growth in its EBITDA of 19.3 pct to EUR 51 mln in its H1 financial results. The Eastern Europe region remained strong with 5 pct RevPAR growth.
