RSSVacancy in Warsaw keeps falling
POLAND The vacancy is still falling on Warsaw’s office market, according to JLL. In the first quarter of this year the vacancy was only 10.8 pct, which is down 0.9 pp q-o-q and 3.2 pp down y-o-y.

HUNGARY Non profit organisation Tulipán Tündér Produkciós has moved into Párisi Nagyáruház in Budapest with a lease of 1,600 sqm, which it is to use as exhibition space. JLL represented the landlord, Divatcsarnok Projekt.

Immobel to build Central Point
POLAND In mid May, Belgian developer Immobel is planning to lay the foundation stone for the Central Point skyscraper in Warsaw at the junction of ul. Marszałkowska and ul. Świętokrzyska where the city’s two metro lines intersect.

POLAND Tyre manufacturer Continental Opony Polska will relocate from its current office on al. Krakowska 2A to the Business Garden office complex in Warsaw’s Włochy district. The company will take up 1,566 sqm this autumn.

POLAND Bank Millennium has prolonged its 7,500 sqm lease in one of the buildings of the Harmony Office Center second stage on ul. Żaryna in Warsaw’s Mokotów district until 2030. Knight Frank represented Spanish investment fund Azora Europa, which owns the building, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
