POLAND Coworking space operator Regus, which is a brand of IWG has increased the size of its lease in the Centrum Marszałkowska building at the junction of ul. Marszałkowska and ul. POLAND MBank has signed a 40,000 sqm lease with developer Golub GetHouse and is to move its headquarters to Mennica Legacy Tower, which is being constructed at the intersection of ul. Prosta and ul. Żelazna in Warsaw. This could be the largest ever office lease signed in Poland.
