Eiffage moves Warsaw HQ
POLAND From the beginning of next year building concern Eiffage Poland will be headquartered in the Graffit building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Eiffage was represented by Savills in the negotiations for the 910 sqm lease.
Business services take 28 pct of all office space
POLAND Business service centres occupy more than 2.5 mln sqm of office space in Poland according to estimates by JLL. This accounts for 28 pct of the total office stock in the country.
C&W surges ahead in Budapest
HUNGARY Cushman & Wakefield has brokered a record amount of space in Budapest over the first three quarters of the year. In total the agency was involved in 65 transactions for a total of 80,000sqm, with an average size of 1,221sqm.
High office take-up in Moscow with no new space
RUSSIA In the first three quarters of 2018, overall take-up came to 983,000 sqm in Moscow, up by 28 pct y-o-y but according to JLL a record low volume of deliveries will have been completed by the end of the year.

HUNGARY Four office buildings were delivered to the Budapest office market in the third quarter of 2018, totalling 110,970 sqm according to figures from the Budapest Research Forum.
