New Work in retro building
POLAND Hungarian serviced offices operator New Work has doubled the space it will occupy in the Wola Retro office building, which is under construction in Warsaw’s Wola district. The company has also announced that it is planning other openings in Warsaw and across the CEE region.

WeWork triples space in Browary
POLAND WeWork has leased additional space in the Browary Warszawskie office complex in Warsaw’s Wola district under development by Echo Investment.

POLAND Echo Investment is planning to start the construction of 100,000 sqm of office space this year in Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź and Kraków and is already planning the development of a further 150,000 sqm.

POLAND Hotel chain Orbis Group has leased almost 2,400 sqm in the Lumen office building in the centre of Warsaw and is to move into its new headquarters in the spring of this year from its current offices at ul Bracka 16.
