Budapest office break 3.5 mln sqm mark
HUNGARY Three new office buildings were completed in Budapest in the second quarter of the year, totalling 57,060 sqm, according to the Budapest Research Forum.

BZ WBK expands in Poznań
POLAND Bank Zachodni WBK has expanded its lease in the Business Garden Poznań office park in Poznań’s Grunwald district from 11,500 sqm to 14,750 sqm.
Five new in the park
POLAND Five tenants have recently signed leases in the Riverside Park in Warsaw’s Powiśle district. These include Travelist (1,090 sqm), Flixbus (250 sqm), CloudFerro (399 sqm), GSW Legal Grabarek Szalc i Wspólnicy (309 sqm), and one undisclosed outsourcing services company.

Spark into life
POLAND Spark, the first office building in CEE to be integrated with a mobile application is now ready. The headquarters of the Skanska group in Poland is already up and running in this building.

POLAND Laboratory testing company Eurofins Poland has leased more than 1,700 sqm of office space at Katowice Business Point. Cushman & Wakefield advised Syrena Real Estate, which was representing Starwood Capital Group, who owns the building.

Globalworth takes stake in and leases to Mindspace
ROMANIA Globalworth has signed a lease agreement with Mindspace, which is to open its first co working locations in Romania in three of Globalworth's Bucharest buildings. In total the offices in Globalworth Campus, City Offices and Bucharest Tower Center will take up 12,000 sqm. As part of the deal Globalworth is also to purchase Mindspace shares worth USD 10 mln.
