ECM stays on top of Rondo 1
POLAND Engineering consultancy ECM Group Polska has renewed its lease for 450 sqm of office space on the 36th floor of the Rondo 1 office tower in Warsaw’s Central Business District. This is the top office floor in the 40-storey buidling, as floors 37-40 are taken up by technical installations. The tenant was represented by Cresa Poland.
