Green light for Ghelamco in Łódź
POLAND Ghelamco Poland has been granted a building permit for the first stage of an unnamed mixed-use project in Łódź, which is to be built as part of the city’s Nowe Centrum Łodzi (NCŁ) urban renewal project.

Union Investment with many more tenants
POLAND Union Investment has leased out 9,900 sqm in three of its office buildings in Warsaw. Nearly 7,700 sqm was leased in the Horizon Plaza building at ul. Domaniewska 39 in the Służewiec district.

First Varso tenant takes 14,000 sqm
POLAND HB Reavis has found its first tenant for the Varso office complex, which is being built in the centre of Warsaw. American real estate services company Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) will take 14,000 sqm in the complex.

5,500 sqm leased in B4B
POLAND TriGranit has signed leases for 5,500 sqm in the Bonarka for Business (B4B) office complex in Kraków’s Podgórze district. As a result all the completed buildings are now fully leased with the exception of the building F, which is leased in 97 pct.
