Researchers need Oxygen

POLAND International financial research company Macrobond Financial has leased 680 sqm with the option to extend the space to 1,700 sqm by 2020 in the Oxygen office building in Szczecin. The tenant will move in by mid-year.

Arcadis moves to West Station

POLAND Design consultancy Arcadis is relocating to the West Station II building developed by HB Reavis, where it will occupy app. 1,300 sqm of office space. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland represented the tenant in the negotiations.
