POLAND Warsaw’s Regional Director of Environmental Protection has issued the environmental conditions for the construction of a skyscraper at ul. Emilii Plater 51 in Warsaw – on the site of the now demolished Emilia furniture store (locally known as ‘Emilka’).

POLAND Warsaw-based IT recruitment consultancy Diverse Consulting Group has leased 300 sqm of space in the Alchemia complex in Gdańsk. The tenant is to open the office in the Argon building at the beginning of August.

HUNGARY Celanese has moved its Budapest headquarters to 4,200 sqm in the recently opened Promenade Gardens office building.They will soon be followed by Citibank Europe, which is to lease 8,000 sqm from December 1st.
