Edonia spills the beans
POLAND Edonia, the owner of a 16-ha plot on the banks of the Martwa Wisła and the Motława rivers, has revealed in an interview with Eurobuild CEE that it is preparing for the renovation work on the former management building for the shipyard, which is to become a modern office building.

CA Immo: 255,000 sqm is leased
EUROPE 180,000 sqm was rented by the Austrian company CA Immo last year. In total, the company has found tenants for 255,000 sqm of office space on 10 markets.

RUSSIA Pharmaceutical company MSD has leased 4,000 sqm in the Demidow office building, which is being built as part of the Krasnaya Roza business complex in Moscow, under development by the Russian investor KR Properties.
