More leases for Immofinanz

CEE REGION In the first half of this year, the business process outsourcing and shared services centre sectors (BPO/SSC) were responsible for over 60 pct of office leases in four key BPO cities in the region, including Wrocław, Łódź, Kraków and Sofia, says Colliers International in its latest report: ‘The CEE BPO/SSC Office Sector – A Thoroughbred Racer’.
