Proximo II 75 pct leased
POLAND The second building of the Proximo complex, which is being developed by Hines on the Rondo Daszyńskiego roundabout in central Warsaw, is now 75 pct preleased.
BPO/SSC dominating office sector
CEE REGION In the first half of this year, the business process outsourcing and shared services centre sectors (BPO/SSC) were responsible for over 60 pct of office leases in four key BPO cities in the region, including Wrocław, Łódź, Kraków and Sofia, says Colliers International in its latest report: ‘The CEE BPO/SSC Office Sector – A Thoroughbred Racer’.

POLAND The former site of the Emilia pavilion at ul. Emilii Plater 51 in Warsaw is being sold for around PLN 120 mln and a mixed-use building is being planned. Griffin Premium RE and a newly established company are to buy the perpetual usufruct to the land.
