POLAND JLL has confirmed the rumours first reported by Eurobuild CEE in May that law firm Dentons is to relocate from the Rondo 1 skyscraper to the Elektrownia Powiśle mixed-use complex which is being built by White Star Real Estate and Tristan Capital Partners in Warsaw’s Powiśle district.

UKRAINE Eurocon Ukraine, a subsidiary of Nordecon and Kyiv Standartbud have signed a EUR 3.4 mln contract to construct a seven-storey office building in Unit City Technopark in Kyiv. The building is to be completed by June 2018.
