Wing signs up tenant for Skylight City
HUNGARY The first lease agreement has been signed in the Skylight City office building on the Róbert Károly körút ring road in Budapest, which is being developed by Wing through the conversion of the former Material Center retail property.

POLAND Astoria Premium Offices has acquired a new tenant. An undisclosed residential property investor will take up an entire floor of the building with an area of nearly 1,400 sqm by the end of this year. With this transaction the office space in the building is now 70 pct leased.
