More space leased in WTT
POLAND Warsaw Trade Tower, which is owned by Akron Investment CEE II, has acquired its fifth tenant this year, which will occupy 800 sqm on the 37th floor of the tower. The company name was not disclosed and the owner was represented by Colliers in the negotiations.

UKRAINE Eurocon Ukraine, a subsidiary of Nordecon and Kyiv Standartbud have signed a EUR 3.4 mln contract to construct a seven-storey office building in Unit City Technopark in Kyiv. The building is to be completed by June 2018.

ROMANIA Global Internet security company Bitdefender has leased 9,300 sqm of office space on four floors in the Orhideea Towers project in Bucharest for a minimum term of five years with an extension option.

Colliers to lease Cu Office
POLAND Colliers International has been appointed the exclusive agent of Cu Office, two eight storey office buildings under construction in Wrocław. The owner of the 23,500 sqm project is Grupa Buma and the Reino Deweloperski closed investment fund (managed by Reino Partners).
