The investor behind the project is Grupa Inwestycyjna Hossa, while the exclusive tenant of the building is Swarovski Global Business Services. Swarovski was advised by CBRE in the process of choosing the location for its global service centre.

Exhibition complex under construction
POLAND Construction work has started on the site of the former Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych [Passenger Car Factory] in Warsaw. A multifunctional complex with a useable area of 60,000 sqm is to be built, which will include a fair and conference centre, a fixed exhibition area with a range of construction and interior design goods and services as well as a business class hotel, office space and more than 1,400 parking spaces.
