Kantar trots into Koneser
POLAND Data and consultancy companies Kantar Millward Brown and Kantar TNS have leased 4,900 sqm of office space in building O of Centrum Praskie Koneser, which is being developed jointly by Liebrecht & Wood and BBI Development in Warsaw’s Praga-Północ district.

ROMANIA AFI Europe has signed a pre-agreement to sell buildings 1-3 of AFI Park in Bucharest to DIY retailer Dedeman with the option to also sell buildings 4 and 5. The total price for the entire park would be EUR 164 mln.
