POLAND Turner & Townsend Poland has been appointed as the project manager for the V. Offices project, an office building being built by AFI Europe in the centre of Kraków.
Across the globe, an unprecedented office building boom is underway with over 65 mln sqm of space under construction that will deliver between now and the end of 2019, Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Office Forecast reports. That’s the equivalent of recreating five cities worth of office inventory – Washington, DC, Dallas, London, Singapore and Shanghai – over the next three years.

POLAND Communications and employment company Grupa Pracuj has leased space in the Astris office building in Kraków. Astris is the investor behind the newly-constructed building while Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for commercialization of the scheme.

ROMANIA Iulius Company has leased 500 sqm of the United Business Center 2 (UBC 2) office building within the Openville Timişoara mixed-use project to Azets (previously known as Visma Services), the main accounting and payroll services provider in the Nordic countries.

POLAND PwC has decided to expand its Warsaw office in the International Business Center by 3,600 sqm and now occupies over 13,700 sqm of office space. Deka Immobilien, the owner of the building, was represented by Savills in the transaction.
POLAND Three tenants of the Tryton Business House office building in Gdańsk have renewed and increased the sizes of their leases. A new tenat has also entered the building.
POLAND Allcon Investment has completed the recommercialisation of the Łużycka Office Park complex in Gdynia. The last few vacant office areas have been occupied. All the units will be handed over at the end of August.

POLAND Over 722,200 sqm of office space is currently under construction across Warsaw according to the ‘Market in Minutes’ report published by Savills. Despite such a high level of new supply the market remains healthy which is proven by a decreasing vacancy rate and a record leasing activity after first six months of the year.
