SLOVAKIA Software developer SAP Slovakia has leased 3,000 sqm in the Twin City office complex in Bratislava. The company has moved from the BBC V office building where was headquartered for ten years. The new lease also includes around 120 underground parking spaces.
POLAND A slowdown has been noted on the office market in Katowice with development activity in the city at its lowest level since 2011, claims Savills in its ‘Market in Minutes – Office market in Katowice 2017’ report. The supply of office space under construction is the lowest in years. However this is just a temporary situation and next year we can expect an increase in development activity. The vacancy rate is dropping, but still remains one of the highest in Poland.
