H1 Prague office supply reaches 2016 level
CZECH REPUBLIC The total supply delivered to the Prague office market in H1 amounted to 31,600 sqm, almost as much as for the whole of 2016, when 36,200 sqm of new stock was added – according to the Prague Research Forum.

More space leased in WTT
POLAND Warsaw Trade Tower, which is owned by Akron Investment CEE II, has acquired its fifth tenant this year, which will occupy 800 sqm on the 37th floor of the tower. The company name was not disclosed and the owner was represented by Colliers in the negotiations.

Nordecon to build seven-storey office building in Kyiv
UKRAINE Eurocon Ukraine, a subsidiary of Nordecon and Kyiv Standartbud have signed a EUR 3.4 mln contract to construct a seven-storey office building in Unit City Technopark in Kyiv. The building is to be completed by June 2018.

Bitdefender leases 9,300 sqm in Bucharest
ROMANIA Global Internet security company Bitdefender has leased 9,300 sqm of office space on four floors in the Orhideea Towers project in Bucharest for a minimum term of five years with an extension option.

POLAND Immofinanz has lease over 15,000 sqm on Warsaw market over the last four months 8,500 sqm of which are new leases and extensions with the remainder being lease renewals.

Argon fills up retail section
POLAND Eleven tenants have signed leases totalling 1,700 sqm in the ground floor retail section of the Argon building, which represents the third stage of the Alchemia complex, which is being developed by Torus on al. Grunwaldzka and ul. Kołobrzeska in Gdańsk.

POLAND Construction work on the 195m Skyliner tower at Daszyńskiego roundabout in Warsaw is to begin on September 1st. The investor is Karimpol Polska subsidiary Spektrum Real and the general contractor is Warbud.

Colliers to lease Cu Office
POLAND Colliers International has been appointed the exclusive agent of Cu Office, two eight storey office buildings under construction in Wrocław. The owner of the 23,500 sqm project is Grupa Buma and the Reino Deweloperski closed investment fund (managed by Reino Partners).
