LPP office complex to be extended
POLAND Fashion retail group LPP has appointed Mostostal Warszawa as the general contractor for a new office building on ul. Łąkowa in Gdańsk. Construction work is to start on the 15th September with work to take 15 months with the contract being worth PLN 67.2 mln.

ROMANIA Norwegian Software developer Visma Software has signed a lease agreement with developer Iulius for 4,200 sqm of office space within the United Business Center 3 office building in Openville Timişoara, the largest mixed-use development in the west of Romania.

POLAND Technology and services distributor Tech Data Poland has expanded its office space from 1670 sqm to over 2,750 sqm in the Batory Office Building II in Warsaw’s Włochy district.

POLAND Media System has leased office space at the Bydgoszcz Główna station. The space on the first floor of the building amounts to 1,700 sqm, which was leased to the call centre outsourcing company by the Polish State Railways (PKP).

Euronet leases new HQ
POLAND Euronet Polska is to move its headquarters in the first half of July to the Gdański Business Center developed by HB Reavis in Warsaw’s Muranów district. The company has leased 3,400 sqm on the fifth floor the buildings in the complex.
