SIA Merks to finish off Z Towers
LATVIA SIA Merks, part of the Merko Ehitus group,has signed a contract with Towers Construction Management to complete construction work on the mixed-use Z-Towers complex at 30 Ranķa Dambis in Riga.

Kantar trots into Koneser

ROMANIA AFI Europe has signed a pre-agreement to sell buildings 1-3 of AFI Park in Bucharest to DIY retailer Dedeman with the option to also sell buildings 4 and 5. The total price for the entire park would be EUR 164 mln.
