POLAND British IT solutions provider Acturis has leased 1,000 sqm of office space in the first phase of the Business Garden office complex, which is being developed by Vastint on ul. Legnicka in Wrocław.
D48 topped off
POLAND The D48 office building, which is being developed by Penta Investments in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, has been ceremoniously topped off. The shell stage of the building was completed in just under twelve months.

POLAND Hines has obtained its first tenant for the Graffit office building at ul. Domaniewska 28 in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. As a result the 18,550 sqm building is now over 25 pct leased.
