ROMANIA American software developer Waters is to expand its offices in the Coresi Business Park copmplex in Brașov to 3,500 sqm in the 'N1' building, which is to be developed in the second phase and is to be BREEAM certified at the ‘Very Good’ level.

POLAND British IT solutions provider Acturis has leased 1,000 sqm of office space in the first phase of the Business Garden office complex, which is being developed by Vastint on ul. Legnicka in Wrocław.
D48 topped off
POLAND The D48 office building, which is being developed by Penta Investments in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, has been ceremoniously topped off. The shell stage of the building was completed in just under twelve months.
