RSSLawyers take up Twarda 2 offices
POLAND KKLW law office is set to start its operations in Twarda 2, a part of the office section of Warsaw's Cosmopolitan complex, in June. The company, which will be the first tenant of the office part, will take up 300 sqm of third floor space.

RUSSIA Two-tower OKO business centre in Moscow City has gained its first tenant. The property consultancy CBRE leased 1,250 sqm of office space on the 14th floor of the North Tower.

Carrefour signs Bucharest office deal
ROMANIA French supermarket chain Carrefour has leased 6,850 sqm of office space in the second building of the Green Court complex in Bucharest for its new Romanian headquarters. Carrefour is set to move into the new office by the end of 2015.

CZECH REPUBLIC Microsoft has chosen its new Czech headquarters. The company is set to move its sales and marketing business line as well as Skype unit to a 11,500 sqm office in Prague’s BB Centrum Delta building.
