RSSBPO giant expands in Gdańsk
POLAND Mumbai-headquartered outsourcing company Wipro has leased 2,400 sqm of space in the second stage of the Alchemia office complex in Gdańsk. The new tenant will move into the fifth and sixth floors of the Ferrum building by the end of 2015.

HUNGARY Budapest Bank, a part of the state-owned Corvinus International Investment fund, has signed a 8,200 sqm renewal lease agreement for office space in the Csaba Center building in the city of Békéscsaba in the southeastern part of Hungary.
