More office tenants in Warsaw's Plac Unii
POLAND Yet another tenant is to move into the Plac Unii office and retail complex in spring 2015. The Swiss retail agency Markant has leased nearly 1,300 sqm of office space on the fifth floor in Plac Unii’s Building B.

Griffin plans on developing massive Łódź complex
POLAND A 7.7-ha plot situated between ul. Milionowa and ul. Tymienieckiego in Łódź has been purchased in an auction by Griffin Group. Now the new owner plans on constructing a 100,000 sqm mixed-use complex on the parcel previously owned by Opal Property Developments.

POLAND Business services centres with foreign capital have leased around 200,000 sqm in around 100 contracts signed in major office markets outside Warsaw so far this year, according to research by JLL.

HUNGARY Hewlett-Packard has renewed its 9,500 sqm lease agreement in the 17,000 sqm Bartók Ház office building in Budapest (now 98 pct leased), while Avon has moved into 800 sqm in the 8,500 sqm Capital Square in the same city as a new tenant.
