Nuvalu to lease for Immofinanz
POLAND The Nuvalu consultancy has been granted an exclusive mandate for leasing two Warsaw office buildings, Crown Point and Crown Tower. Both properties belong to the Austrian developer Immofinanz Group.

Large mixed-use complex to be built in Lublin
POLAND Centrum Zana Group is planning to build a 100,000 sqm office, services and residential complex on a 5-ha plot on al. Kraśnicka in Lublin. Between 10 to 20 new buildings are to be developed on the parcel which previously accommodated a public transit terminal.
2014 Moscow office rentals drop by 20 pct
RUSSIA The average headline rent on the Moscow Class A office market has decreased by 20 pct, to USD 650 per sqm a year, according to the preliminary 2014 results published by Knight Frank.

Wiśniowy Business Park obtains refinancing
POLAND A subsidiary of Polonia Property Found LP (Polonia I), managed by Peakside Capital, has received a EUR 62.6 mln loan from Bank Zachodni WBK to refinance the Wiśniowy Business Park complex in Warsaw’s Włochy district.

Yareal to break ground in Warsaw

HUNGARY European telecommunications company UPC has signed a ten-year 6,000 sqm lease agreement for space in the Immofinanz-owned 34,000 sqm Haller Gardens office building in Budapest.

WebInterpret to move into Gdański Business Center I
POLAND E-commerce software provider WebInterpret has leased over 2,000 sqm in Gdański Business Center I in Warsaw’s Muranów district. The company is to take up the space situated on the seventh floor of the project’s Building A in the second quarter of 2015.

Russians take over two St Petersburg Warimpex towers
RUSSIA ZAO Avielen, a joint venture of Warimpex (55 pct), CA Immo Group (35 pct) and UBM (10 pct), has sold two of its three AirportCity office towers in St Petersburg to a subsidiary of the private Russian pension fund Blagosostoyanie, which is managed by the Trinifico Investment Group, for EUR 70 mln.
