POLAND Norwegian web browser developer Opera Software has leased 4,400 sqm of office space in the two-building Hieronimus complex in Wrocław. The tenant, which is set to move offices in Q1 2016, will occupy the entire office space available within the project.

WFC tenants renew, extend leases
POLAND Two long-term Warsaw Financial Center tenants, Chadbourne & Parke and Korea Business Center, have prolonged their office leases, while the skyscraper's another, undisclosed occupant extended its tenancy by 700 sqm.

HUNGARY Budapest Bank, a part of the state-owned Corvinus International Investment fund, has signed a 8,200 sqm renewal lease agreement for office space in the Csaba Center building in the city of Békéscsaba in the southeastern part of Hungary.
