POLAND Gedeon Richter Marketing Polska, a regional representative of Budapest-based company Gedeon Richter, has signed a 1,000 sqm lease in the Royal Wilanów office building that is currently being developed by Capital Park in Warsaw’s Wilanów district.

Hines confirms Metropolis acquisition
RUSSIA Luxembourg-based Hines Russia & Poland Fund (HPRF) and PPF Real Estate Holding have announced that they had jointly acquired two Metropolis office buildings (I and III) in Moscow with over 80,000 sqm of gross building area, including 56,000 sqm of leasable Class ‘A’ office space.

Ups and downs for Bratislava office market
SLOVAKIA Leasing transactions on the Bratislava office market in Q2 2015 totalled app. 43,455 sqm – an increase of 30 pct on the previous quarter, but a 42 pct decrease in comparison with the same period last year, according to the latest figures from the Bratislava Research Forum.
