Polish service centre boom continues
POLAND According to the latest ABSL report, ‘The Modern Business Services Sector in Poland, 2015’, service centres with foreign capital are currently employing 150,000 specialists in 532 centres. This means that since April 2014, such companies have created 22,000 jobs across the country. Around 60 new Polish centres have been opened since the beginning of 2014.
Capital Group to invest EUR 500 mln in Sofiyskaya embankment project
RUSSIA Moscow-based developer Capital Group is planning to invest RUB 25–30 bln (EUR 410–500 mln) in a new development on the Sofiyskaya embankment on the Moskva River opposite the Kremlin.

Amazon takes up Prague offices
CZECH REPUBLIC Amazon is opening a 5,800 sqm office in the 16,200 sqm Blox office building in Prague 6. The Seattle-based online merchant will have an option to expand the lease in the future.

Coresi Business Park expands, lures tenant
ROMANIA Construction work has started on the second 18,000 sqm two-building stage of the Coresi Business Park office project in Brasov. The project’s developer, Ascenta Management, has also signed the first lease agreement for the first of the two buildings, which is planned to be delivered in Q2 2016.

POLAND Telecommunications services provider Oxylion has leased 900 sqm of office space in the Bałtyk office building that is currently being constructed at ul. Roosvelta 22 in Poznań. The project is planned to be delivered in Q2 2017.
