Ghelamco signs another Warsaw Spire tenant
POLAND Ghelamco Poland has signed a lease deal with Benefit Systems for the office space in the Warsaw Spire’s C building where the company will take up four floors. The new tenant is set to move into the three-building office complex at the end of 2015 or in early 2016.

Chiesi to move into Eurocentrum
POLAND In June, a new tenant will move into the Eurocentrum Office Complex in Warsaw. The Italian pharmaceutical company Chiesi is set to run its Polish headquarters on 750 sqm of space located on the building’s 12th floor. The contract was signed for five years.

Large mixed-use complex to be built in Lublin
POLAND Centrum Zana Group is planning to build a 100,000 sqm office, services and residential complex on a 5-ha plot on al. Kraśnicka in Lublin. Between 10 to 20 new buildings are to be developed on the parcel which previously accommodated a public transit terminal.
2014 Moscow office rentals drop by 20 pct
RUSSIA The average headline rent on the Moscow Class A office market has decreased by 20 pct, to USD 650 per sqm a year, according to the preliminary 2014 results published by Knight Frank.
